About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team at Bridgewell. As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities, providing support and assistance in all aspects of daily life. You will also develop and implement personalized support plans to help individuals achieve their goals and increase their independence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in all aspects of daily life, including personal care, meal preparation, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including medical staff and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and report any changes or concerns related to an individual's health or well-being.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
