- Communicate with vendors to resolve delivery and order status issues
- Review customer order status reports to ensure orders are on track and resolve any discrepancies
- Previous experience in a buying or sourcing related role, preferably in the industrial parts distribution industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in a distribution business is a plus
