Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of inbound and outbound loads, as well as providing administrative support to the department leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation of inbound and outbound loads
  • Provide administrative support to the department leadership team
  • Complete productivity hour reports, attendance reports, and other data reports
  • Confirm completion of workload and communicate any incomplete work
  • Ensure emails are responded to daily
Requirements:
  • Must be able to take responsibility and ownership of their work
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Possesses a high degree of dependability and integrity
  • Must be able to work with little supervision
  • Creates and runs reports as needed
  • Researches issues and maintains audits
  • Cross-trains in other departments and provides support when needed
  • Coordinates safety training for departments and ensures proper documentation is completed
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak effectively in front of groups of employees
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
  • Must be able to communicate in writing and verbally in the English language
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite
  • Experience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents, and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
  • Highly motivated, a team player, and motivated self-starter
  • Experience using a WMS (Warehouse Management System) is a plus
  • Knowledge of warehouse-related software
