Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Center Agent. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
