- Manage new business opportunities from audio-centric advertisers, including brand direct partnerships and agency relationships.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal content partners to position our audio offerings in the marketplace.
- 5-10 years of experience in audio ad sales, preferably in the news and podcast industry.
- Strong passion for news, sales, and podcasts, with a hunter mentality and proven ability to generate new business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficient with the sales cycle and able to work with top 100 podcast advertisers.
