As an Optical Sales Consultant with EssilorLuxottica, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional optical experiences to our guests. Your knowledge and expertise in eyewear combined with your passion for customer satisfaction will drive sales success and help us achieve our business objectives.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Optical Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating personalized optical solutions for our guests. You will utilize your product knowledge and technical skills to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings based on their individual needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with our guests, peers, and management will contribute to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell high-quality fashion brands and optical products to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding guest needs and preferences.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and services offered.
  • Conduct optical measurements using tools such as phoropters, autorefractors, and lensometers.
  • Collaborate with Opticians as needed to ensure accurate measurements and successful frame selection.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store environment by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems, basic computer skills, and math abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits:

Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts on EssilorLuxottica products.
