About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Leidos. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the 16th Air Force community.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid and senior level leaders across the 16th Air Force.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in the 16th Air Force community, providing insights on differentiated capabilities in Leidos programs and plans.
- Drive strategic partnerships with industry leaders, driving innovation and new business opportunities.
- Contribute to proposal, pricing, and solution strategy based on customer familiarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 15+ years of prior relevant experience or Master's degree with 13+ years of prior experience.
- 12+ years of experience leading or managing a team or project.
Payscale Information
The estimated salary for this role is $148,850 - $269,075 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
