Job Overview

This position is located in Acton at Colonial Chevrolet, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance and repair work with efficiency and attention to detail
  • Diagnose and repair vehicle transmissions
  • Clean and inspect parts
  • Provide labor and time estimates for additional repairs
  • Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a transmission technician
  • Formal automotive training
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and customer-focused
  • Working knowledge of shop equipment
  • Valid driver's license

We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $50 and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for the right candidate. Additionally, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including health and dental insurance, PTO, 401(k), paid training, and a tool program/stipend.
