Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist at Actalent, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services. This includes process documentation, QA reporting, and supporting responsible departments in fulfilling QA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process documentation (Procedures, Process Maps, Job Aids, etc.)
• Efforts in QA Reporting (Management Review, Quality Alerts, test records, 8D-Reports, etc.)
• Supporting responsible departments in fulfilling QA requirements (by participating in supplier evaluation, audits, etc.)
• Overseeing the inspection activities of the Kanban Production Line.
• Owning the process for managing and evaluation of nonconforming material (MRB, DMR, OOBF, etc.)
• Devising and implementing methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment
• Initiating and supporting root cause analysis of high priority returned items, Out-Of-Box-Failures, corporate initiatives, etc.

Requirements:

• BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or ASEE with experience is a requirement.
• Minimum of 3 years working in a Quality Environment
• Experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
• Working knowledge of SAP (System Applications and Products)
• ASQC CQE Certification is preferred
