About the Role

Sales professionals with experience in the Wholesale Trade industry are sought after to join SPS Companies, Inc. as an Outside Sales Representative at our St. Louis Park location. In this position, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to generate new business opportunities, maintain existing customer relationships, and exceed sales targets.

We are a wholesale distributor of products and services for residential and commercial plumbing, mechanical, and industrial piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and fire protection. As an Employee-Owned Company (ESOP), our employees have a vested interest in SPS and its success.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and staying up-to-date on their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high levels of customer satisfaction.

You will utilize your knowledge of the Twin Cities market to stay ahead of the competition and provide customized solutions to customers. This is a full-time position requiring 8 hours a day, Monday through Friday. Full-time employees are eligible for comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, and short-term disability coverage.
