The ideal candidate will have a well-regarded reputation in the industry and be able to manage the structural steel scope of work from contract award to closeout. As a liaison between our clients, team members, vendors, and subcontractors, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with scope of work and budget constraints. Key responsibilities include project scheduling, coordinating detailing, fabrication, and delivery schedules, attending on-site or virtual project meetings, and managing the submittal process. The successful candidate will also be responsible for engaging the project detailer, coordinating with construction managers and other trades, obtaining field measurements, and ensuring the accuracy of fabrication and installation. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing all subcontractors, tracking and submitting additional costs resulting from project changes, and issuing required close-out documents. The ideal candidate will possess a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures, and be able to develop and improve upon product knowledge. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. TeklaEPM (Fabsuite) experience is preferred.
