About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team at Lightspeed Construction Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for coordinating construction efforts, supervising construction projects, and ensuring the safety and quality of our crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate construction efforts through in-house and contract laborer maintenance, supervising construction projects.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure the safety and quality of our crew, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Supervise and motivate our construction team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, including project managers, other departments, and contractors.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and interpret data, make decisions, and work collaboratively with others to solve problems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of construction work experience.
  • Certifications: OSHA 30 certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, as well as ability to work independently and supervise others.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Working Conditions

This is a field-based role, requiring flexibility in schedule and ability to work on-call rotation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
