About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Kontoor Brands. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising the customer service staff, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the customer service staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to customer service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of related professional experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced environment.
