Customer Service Team Lead

About the Role:
Kontoor Brands is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to improve processes and procedures.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- High school diploma required; degree or equivalent experience in customer service preferred.
