Customer Service Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and provide a positive shopping experience
  • Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions
  • Work with the food program and maintain store appearance
  • Lead shifts and gain entry-level management experience
  • Interact with customers daily and work with a fun, energetic team

Requirements:

  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Entry-level management experience
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Motivation to advance in your career
  • Willingness to learn and have fun
