We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Lead Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
- Drive sales growth through effective sales techniques and product knowledge
- Manage and motivate a team of sales associates, providing coaching and feedback to ensure success

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
