Role Summary:


This position presents an exciting opportunity for the right individual to become part of a supportive and knowledgeable team, assisting with the daily support of users, systems, and infrastructure to ensure that IT aligns with all business needs while fostering personal career development in a rewarding environment.


The EMEA IT team currently provides both remote and onsite assistance to approximately 500 employees across 8 locations within the EMEA region and collaborates closely with Bio-Techne IT personnel in other areas, including North America and APAC.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd line user support and administration.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software from procurement to delivery.
  • Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Oversee ITSM incident ticket management.
  • Offer general network and infrastructure support.
  • Support IT-led corporate initiatives, which may include potential travel within Europe.

Technical Skills:

Essential

  • 6 to 12 months of experience and understanding of IT user and infrastructure environments.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in Windows 11.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy.
  • Experience with Office365.
  • Knowledge of Networking - TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Windows 2016 Servers.
