Job Overview

Salary: Based on Experience

The Designated Broker plays a crucial role in overseeing the professional real estate operations within their domain, ensuring compliance and guiding all affiliated sales and broker licensees at HomeSmart Services. This position involves providing consultation and advice to brokers and agents regarding company policies and procedures, addressing challenges, contract inquiries, and assisting with various real estate transactions.

Additionally, the Designated Broker is responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of real estate activities for HomeSmart Services, including transaction logs, listings, and brokerage agreements.

This role also includes organizing and facilitating regular meetings and events for agents on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
