Your Experience & Skills:

You have:
  • Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in IT delivery and support.

• Experience in the finance or banking sector.

  • In-depth knowledge of incident and problem management practices.
  • Familiarity with SRE frameworks.
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, UNIX, JAVA, databases, tools, and automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Experience working in a global team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • ITIL certification and proficiency in Service Now.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
  • Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in cloud computing, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data analytics and data science tools.
  • Experience managing microservices and middleware platforms.
  • Experience with DBMS and NoSQL databases.
