Your Role:
• Ensure the stability and availability of production for essential operational processes.
• Manage incident escalation and resolution.
• Conduct Problem Management for production-related issues.

Your Experience & Skills:
You have:
- Over 5 years of demonstrable experience in IT delivery and support.
• Experience in the finance or banking sector.
- A proven ability to collaborate in matrix environments.
- In-depth knowledge of incident and problem management practices.
- Familiarity with SRE frameworks.
- Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, UNIX, JAVA, databases, tools, and automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global team environment.
- A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
- ITIL certification and proficiency in Service Now.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
- Experience in cloud computing, containers, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with data analytics and data science tools.
- Experience managing microservices and middleware platforms.
- Experience with DBMS and NoSQL databases.
