  • Familiarity with SRE frameworks.
  • Strong technical skills in PeopleSoft, UNIX, JAVA, databases, tools, and automation.

  • Experience working in a global team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • ITIL certification and proficiency in Service Now.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics and Splunk.

  • Experience in cloud computing, containers, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with data analytics and data science tools.
