About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Loan Representative to join our team at Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union. As a Loan Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our members achieve their financial goals by providing exceptional service and guidance on our loan products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make sound loan recommendations within acceptable loan policies and guidelines to maintain a high-quality loan portfolio.
  • Review and verify loan documents and new account agreements for completeness and accuracy prior to loan closing.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in our loan management system.
  • Process incomplete, denied, and counter-offer applications according to established procedures and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations, and communicate changes to the team.
  • Represent the Credit Union in a professional manner, providing exceptional service to our members.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous lending experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and email.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
