Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Financial Services Representative to join our team at UT Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, processing financial transactions, and identifying opportunities to improve their financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to members, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Maintain knowledge of credit union products and services, policies, and procedures to provide expert advice to members.
  • Manage member complaints and issues, resolving problems and answering questions in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 6 months to 2 years of related experience in a customer service or financial institution environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of financial software applications.
Working Conditions

This position is located at our Emory Road Branch, with regular hours of operation Monday through Thursday, 9am to 5pm, and Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Some Saturdays may be required, with hours from 9am to 12pm.
