Job Summary

The Trust Company of Tennessee is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team of Wealth Management, Trust, Estate Administration, and Corporate Retirement Plan professionals.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to plan participants and TTC employees, handling inquiries and concerns in a professional manner, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer service, with a strong background in call center operations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate and timely responses to participant inquiries
  • Handling distribution requests and initiating the distribution process
  • Calculating loan amounts and processing paperwork
  • Assisting employees with retirement plan website usage
  • Providing account balance and vesting percentage information
  • Educating participants on distributions, rollovers, and investment options
  • Managing stressful situations and conflicts with plan participants

Requirements include:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in call center operations
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work individually and in a team setting
