Pharmaceutical Packaging Support Specialist

Bausch+Stroebel is a leading manufacturer of pharmaceutical packaging equipment, and we are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Packaging Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities- Provide remote support and troubleshooting for automation systems on pharmaceutical aseptic filling machines and production packaging lines.
- Perform system administration, including access control, software revision control, backup, and recovery.
- Analyze malfunctions and troubleshoot complex systems.
- Provide electrical, mechanical, and automation support for Bausch+Stroebel machines.
- Work closely with the technical support team in Germany to ensure prompt support for customers.
- Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Jetter, Allen-Bradley).
- Understanding of PLC-based controllers and functionality.
- Background as an automation engineer or comparable knowledge and skills.
- Ability to read and understand electrical control system diagrams.
- Flexibility and contractual commitment to a working time model for technical support.
- Understanding of 21 CFR Part 11, cGAMP, and other regulatory guidance associated with computer/automation-based systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
