We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Assistant to join our team at DOCS Medical Group. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare providers by registering patients, performing clinical tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Register patients and perform clinical tasks, such as taking vitals and performing routine patient assessments.
- Utilize EMR systems and patient registration processes to maintain accurate medical records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, verbal, and written communication skills to patients and healthcare providers.
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment, adapting to changing priorities and tasks.
- Knowledge of clinical tasks and procedures, including taking vitals and performing routine patient assessments.
- Strong proficiency in EMR systems and patient registration processes.
- Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- 12 years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant.
