Position Overview:
Tonal is in search of an innovative Senior Product Manager to spearhead our AI and Computer Vision (CV) initiatives.

As a leader in cutting-edge technology within the fitness sector, we are dedicated to exploring new possibilities while delivering value to Tonal customers.

In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in defining and executing our product strategy to foster growth and technological progress.


Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:

Formulate and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for AI and CV-focused software solutions, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Analyze market trends and customer requirements to create a roadmap that positions our products at the forefront of AI and CV consumer innovation.


AI and Computer Vision Integration:

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to seamlessly incorporate AI into our software solutions, utilizing our unique data to enhance the overall intelligence of the Tonal platform.

Drive the development of sophisticated CV and machine learning functionalities to provide exceptional value to our customers.


Leadership in Software Development:
Guide cross-functional software development teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer insights, business goals, and data-driven analysis.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into competitor offerings and industry trends.
Use these insights to inform decisions, differentiating our software solutions and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Customer-Focused Approach:
Engage with customers to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges, translating feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Ethics and Compliance:
Stay informed about ethical considerations surrounding AI and ensure our products adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Promote safe and responsible AI and CV practices throughout the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications:

Enthusiastic about health and fitness, dedicated to helping our members achieve their best. 7+ years of experience in developing successful consumer products at rapidly growing companies. Strong understanding of AI technologies, Computer Vision, machine learning, and data analytics.

Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams. Highly analytical yet focused on consumer experience. A creative thinker, always seeking to enhance your work. Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Highly effective communicator.

$155K - $199K

Compensation: $155K – $199K

  • Offers Equity. The base salary range for this position is between $155,000 - $199,000 USD, plus equity and benefits. Salary considerations are based on individual background, experience, and location. This role is also eligible for health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance, disability benefits, flexible paid time off, parental leave, and additional benefits.
