Position Overview:
Tonal is in search of a proactive Senior Product Manager to spearhead our initiatives in AI and Computer Vision (CV).
As a leader in cutting-edge technology within the fitness industry, we are devoted to exploring new possibilities while delivering substantial benefits to our customers.
In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in defining and executing our product strategy to foster growth and technological progress.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
Formulate and articulate a comprehensive product vision and strategy for AI and CV-oriented software solutions, ensuring alignment with the broader objectives of the company.
Identify emerging market trends and customer requirements to establish a roadmap that keeps our products at the forefront of innovation in AI and CV consumer technology.
Integration of AI and Computer Vision:
Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to seamlessly incorporate AI into our software products, utilizing our unique data to enhance the intelligence of the entire Tonal platform.
Drive the creation of sophisticated CV and machine learning functionalities to provide exceptional value to our users.
Leadership in Software Development:
Guide cross-functional software development teams throughout the complete product development lifecycle.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug resolutions based on user feedback, business goals, and data-driven insights.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to gain insights into competitor offerings and industry trends.
Leverage findings to make strategic decisions that differentiate our software solutions and maintain a competitive advantage.
Customer-Focused Approach:
Engage with customers to gain insights into their needs and challenges, translating their feedback into actionable product enhancements.
Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Ethics and Compliance:
Stay informed about ethical considerations related to AI and ensure our products adhere to industry standards and regulations.
Promote safe and responsible AI and CV practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Qualifications:
Passionate about health and fitness, with a commitment to empowering our members to achieve their strongest selves.
7+ years of experience in successful consumer product management within rapidly growing organizations.
Deep understanding of AI technologies, Computer Vision, machine learning, and data analytics.
Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
Analytically rigorous yet focused on consumer experience.
Highly creative, consistently seeking to challenge and enhance your work.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communicator.
