Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all financial operations, ensuring the production of timely financial reports and maintaining a robust set of controls and budgets to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, analyze variances, and devise strategies to meet financial objectives.
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

- Foster strong internal communications across all organizational levels, promoting a positive and supportive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; an MBA, CPA, or equivalent designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting role, ideally within the technology sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, annual budgeting, consolidations, and income statement preparation.
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles, including GAAP.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- High integrity and dependability, with a strong sense of urgency and results orientation.
- Proficient in financial software and advanced skills in MS Excel.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment based on accurate analyses.
