Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a current Oregon RN license, BSN degree, and at least one year of experience as an Acute Care Registered Nurse. You must also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications: A department-specific acute care certification, such as CNRN or ONC, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience working with electronic medical records systems and MS Office applications is beneficial.
