Medication Support Specialist

Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting Seniors with Daily Tasks:
- Perform nursing treatments and monitor vital signs, ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
- Manage medication/treatment records accurately, adhering to regulatory guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure timely medication receipt.
- Store medications and equipment properly, keeping the medication room clean and organized.
- Adhere to resident service plans, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and administering medication.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and follow infection control procedures, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all residents.
