Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nursing Home RN to join our team at Medical Solutions. This is a unique opportunity for healthcare professionals who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding experience.

About the Role:

This position involves working as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care setting, providing hands-on care to patients and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and care provided

Requirements:
