Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, enter, and check Accounts Receivable and schedule customer phone requests for service in the system.
- Take service calls, communicate effectively with customers, and take ownership of service calls from creation to completion.
- Reassign work as needed, making judgments based on current workloads and priorities.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
