  • Guest Service: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage the inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary items are available and in good condition.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or problems that may arise in the housekeeping department, including guest complaints and staff conflicts.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with other departments, including front office, engineering, and maintenance, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
