We are seeking a qualified Engineering Supervisor to lead our team in the areas of safety, reliability, team development, cost-driven asset management, project coordination, and management.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of reliability-based maintenance programs to ensure optimum performance of equipment to plant operations in multiple applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute reliability-based maintenance programs
  • Lead safety initiatives and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards
  • Manage team development and cost-driven asset management
  • Coordinate projects and ensure optimum performance of equipment

Requirements:

  • Previous direct leadership experience minimum 3 years
  • Previous engineering or maintenance experience minimum 5 years
  • Prior Steel mill, related industry, or related military experience (preferred)
  • 4 year Engineering or Technical degree (preferred)
