Job Title: Activity Assistant/Life Engagement Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Activity Assistant/Life Engagement Coach to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and purposeful life experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging life enrichment activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless execution of activities and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that residents, families, and visitors feel welcome and supported.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of the community calendar, ensuring a vibrant and engaging schedule.
  • Manage supplies and resources to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to make decisions and act in the best interest of our residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a senior living or healthcare setting.
