Job Title: Activity Assistant/Life Engagement Coach

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and engaging Activity Assistant/Life Engagement Coach to join our team at New Perspective Senior Living LLC. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in creating a fulfilling and purposeful life experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities and programs that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless execution of daily activities and events.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of the monthly calendar, ensuring a variety of activities and events that promote socialization, physical fitness, and mental stimulation.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make decisions in the best interest of our residents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with seniors is preferred.
