Job Title: Verification Specialist

CriminalRecordCheck is seeking a skilled Verification Specialist to join our team. As a Verification Specialist, you will play a critical role in conducting internet research and verifying professional credentials, employment history, and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough internet research to gather information on individuals and organizations
  • Verify professional credentials, employment history, and education through various research activities
  • Complete detailed reports on research findings, ensuring accurate and complete analysis of collected data
  • Accurately document and enter verified information into our system
  • Process and follow up on personal queues in a timely manner
  • Provide timely ETA updates to the Customer Care Group
  • Adhere to CRC Compliance Policies & Procedures, ensuring consumer protection, data security, and adherence to industry standards
Requirements:
  • High School Degree or GED required; Criminal Justice background a plus
  • Experience in background investigations or legal environment helpful, but not required
  • Experience in Customer Service and/or Call Center environment required
  • Familiarity with MS Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Office, and phone use
  • Secure and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection
