  • Design, create, and maintain Automated Test Frameworks for front and back-end systems/applications

  • Analyze the results of tests and provide meaningful reports to the team
  • Maintain software testing artifacts
  • Use queries to create test data and analyze results for the tests performed
  • Work with other testers and key stakeholders to ensure coverage for each software release
  • Collaborate with the development team on big fix verification and validation
  • Work closely with manual testers or Business Analysts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years' experience in software testing
  • 4+ years' experience in industry, including experience in Medicaid
  • Experience in Agile Software Development
  • TSO/SQL knowledge desirable
  • Good understanding of QA methodologies and Software Testing Lifecycle, including test planning, reporting, and metrics
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and diagnostic skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Automated testing, especially Selenium
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze system requirements for ambiguities and discrepancies
  • Aptitude for thinking outside the box to develop thorough test scenarios and test cases
  • Competent database skills

Work Environment:
  • Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 remote/weekly
