• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for commercial glass projects
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality estimates
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry developments, technologies, and best practices

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial glass estimation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial glass estimation and project management
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Proficiency in take-off software, such as Bluebeam or GDS

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
