Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at Methodist Hospitals. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with various physical disabilities and conditions.
  • Conduct assessments and document patient progress, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Educate patients and families on proper techniques and strategies for managing physical limitations and promoting independence.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and case reviews to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
Requirements
  • Graduation from a recognized college or university as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required.
  • 1 Healthcare/Medical - Physical Therapy Required.
  • Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.
  • Certified Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation.
