Position Overview: The Associate Center Manager at Mathnasium of Idaho Falls plays a crucial role in supporting the Center Director in managing both sales and administrative functions essential for the smooth operation of the center. This position also involves providing educational guidance and leadership on the instructional floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Center Director with various sales initiatives, including making follow-up calls, engaging with potential clients, and conducting enrollment discussions when the Center Director is unavailable.
- Handle administrative duties such as organizing educational materials, managing inventory of instructional resources, and tracking student progress.
- Participate actively in teaching and mentoring students during times when administrative tasks are minimal, fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
- Contribute to the training and development of instructional staff, ensuring they reach their highest potential in their roles.
- Support the Center Director in the daily operations of the center, stepping in to manage center needs as required.
Job Type: Part-time
Compensation: Starting at $17.50 per hour
Expected Work Hours: 20-35 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Environment: In-person
