Fulfillment Center Supervisor II Full Time 2nd Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fulfillment Center Supervisor II to join our team at Staples, Inc. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our fulfillment center.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of hourly associates to achieve performance goals, productivity, accuracy, and quality control standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment Center Team Manager and other management to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure a safe work environment and foster a culture of safety and compliance.
- Use operational reports to evaluate department performance and make data-driven decisions.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, or carry product up to a maximum of 70 pounds by hand.
- Basic English language skills (both verbal and written).
