About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate PRN to join our team at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center. As a Housekeeping Associate PRN, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organized patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently maintain a clean and safe patient care environment, including replacing and reprocessing sharps and pharmaceutical containers as needed.
  • Assist with patient positioning and care for PACU patients as assigned.
  • Follow patient and employee safety/security policies and protocols, including hand hygiene, use of universal precautions, and adherence to isolation procedures.
  • Perform clerical work as needed, including assembling and maintaining charts, filing, answering and transferring phones, and relaying messages.
  • Transport patients to and from various hospital and/or nursing units.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED required. Previous hospital experience preferred.
