As a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse in the Women's Unit, you will provide direct patient care in the Postpartum/Couplet setting. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide high-quality care and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide assessment and planning for individualized patient care
* Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment
* Communicate effectively with physicians regarding patient's clinical condition, including fetal monitoring and results of diagnostic studies
* Perform nursing duties as needed in the continuum of care for all areas of Maternal Child health
* Demonstrate an ability to assist physicians with procedures in Postpartum care and the Newborn Nursery
* Participate in process improvement efforts and activities for the department
* Act in a composed and professional manner, especially under pressure

Requirements:

* Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
* Neonate Resuscitate must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
* Registered Nurse in the state of Idaho
* Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
