Job Title: Shuttle Driver - Resort Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Sheboygan Resort Operat.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a smooth and efficient shuttle experience for our guests.

Salary: $14.00 per hour + tips

Job Description:

As a Shuttle Driver, you will be the face of our resort, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your primary duties will include:

  • Providing friendly and courteous service to all guests, managers, and fellow employees
  • Loading and unloading luggage carts with extra care
  • Escorting guests to rooms and familiarizing them with hotel services and amenities
  • Explain features of the room including operation of radio, telephone, television, in-room movie system, high-speed Internet, etc.

Requirements:

  • A valid driver's license and meet all requirements set in the Blue Harbor Resort & Conference Center Vehicle Safety Policy
  • Must be 21 years old to drive the shuttle
  • Able to work flexible and long hours
  • Able to stand during entire shift
  • Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects
