Job Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing process, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.
- Perform plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care treatments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- NM RN licensure or appropriate compact licensure.
- Current BLS certification upon hire.
- Ability to obtain ACLS and PALS/ENPC within six months from hire.
- Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.
