We are seeking a Dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This role requires someone who can build relationships with customers, understand their product and service needs, and identify opportunities for growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. They will be able to analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

This role offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, plus bonus opportunities and a quarterly bonus structure. Additionally, we offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Buiding and maintaining a network of customers to identify new sales leads

  • Maintaining detailed reports of sales activities
Requirements:
  • Proficient in technical sales or motivated to acquire skills in this area
  • Recent college graduate with a mechanical and engineering background is a plus
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time within the region
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful business plans
