Job Summary

H&E Equipment Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, coordinating rental agreements, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Rental Coordination: Assist in coordinating rental agreements and supporting rental transactions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Contract Management: Manage rental contracts in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate equipment deliveries and pick-ups to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Service Excellence: Demonstrate exceptional talent for providing superior customer service and support.
  • Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective listening skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational capabilities, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant business software applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a people-oriented approach and strong administrative skills.
