Job Summary

Regal Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our theatre operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our theatre, including supervising staff, managing finances, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train theatre staff to ensure excellent customer service and theatre operations
  • Manage theatre finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales and increase revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 months supervisory experience or 6 months theatre experience with completion of Cast Certification Program
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
