Join Our Team as an Automotive Repair Specialist

D & R Intensive Car Care is currently looking for a full-time, skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to enhance our dedicated team. We value experienced professionals with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry.

At D & R Intensive Car Care, we pride ourselves on offering competitive compensation, a supportive work environment, and no weekend shifts. Our commitment to professional development includes at least 40 hours of paid training annually. Technicians are rewarded with bonuses for each ASE Certification they possess.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently diagnose and repair vehicles using provided procedural information.
  • Utilize digital tools to access technical information and resources.
  • Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Represent our organization with professionalism, integrity, and respect.
  • Comply with all safety standards and regulations regarding hazardous materials.
  • Assess vehicle conditions and communicate findings with service management.
  • Provide repair recommendations and necessary parts lists based on industry standards.
  • Conduct thorough inspections on all vehicles as authorized by customers.
  • Complete all maintenance inspections and reports accurately.
  • Safely lift vehicles to access mechanical components for repairs.

Qualifications:
  • Skilled-level position; ASE certifications preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Compensation: Starting pay at $25 per flag hour, with full medical insurance provided by the company and 401k matching starting at 3%.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Effectively document and communicate detailed diagnostic and repair information.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
