- Install, maintain, and repair veterinary equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and industry regulations.

- Complete all required service forms, including service orders, confirmations, and inventory management.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical support and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with service coordinators, equipment specialists, and territory managers to ensure seamless service delivery.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 0-5 years of experience in a veterinary or medical environment.
- PC skills in Windows-based programs.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Strong customer service skills and a motivated team player attitude.
- At least 4 years of experience as a certified, licensed, or registered veterinary technician.
- Previous X-ray experience.
- SAP experience.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Carpentry, plumbing, heating, electrical, or electronic-related experience.
- Technical training in bio-med, electronics, or a related technical field.
- Lifting or carrying: frequent to continuous heavy physical activity (up to 100 pounds).
- Sitting or standing: light physical activity.
- Use of hands: occasional or frequent moderate physical activity.
- Climbing: light physical activity.
- Operating a computer or other office device (1 hour per day).
- Talking or hearing: frequent communication with customers, inside staff, and ability to understand and exchange accurate information.
- Reading or sight: frequent review of vendor contracts.
- Hazardous chemicals.
- Biohazard materials or waste.
- High voltage.
- Confined spaces (if installation or maintenance involves accessing wires in sub-floor crawlspace).
- This position requires traveling to customer locations and providing services and support.
This position requires overnight travel.
